These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bdtk3 and its members. "Platform" refers to bdtk3's website, mobile application, and other digital services. "Member" refers to any registered user who creates an account and uses the services.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bdtk3, a member must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Must register using accurate and genuine personal information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, the member must provide their correct name, mobile number, and date of birth. If an account is created with false information, bdtk3 reserves the right to close it at any time. If identity verification is required, a national ID card or another valid document may be requested.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately via live chat.

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bdtk3 is ৳100. Payment methods currently accepted on the platform are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Correct details must be used when making a deposit — depositing from another person's mobile wallet is not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Applicable payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in a member's account are kept in bdtk3's custody and do not earn interest. If an account remains inactive for an extended period, bdtk3 may impose a maintenance fee, which will be communicated to the member in advance.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtk3 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. This bonus is not cash — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

bdtk3 regularly runs various promotional offers, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, and cricket betting offers. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and expiry. It is the member's responsibility to read the specific terms of an offer before using it.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Two members from the same household may not claim the same promotion separately.
• bdtk3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets and games on bdtk3 are governed by their own individual rules. bdtk3 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets accepted incorrectly due to a technical error may be voided, and the amount will be returned to the member's account.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, and various other sports. Odds may change at any time — the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bdtk3's applicable policy will be followed for that bet.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be voided.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is prohibited.
• Collusion (unfair coordination with other players) is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is prohibited.
• Attempting to win through fraud or dishonest methods will result in permanent account closure.

8.2 Member's Rights

bdtk3 is not liable for any loss suffered by a member due to internet disconnection, third-party technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance — bdtk3 does not bear responsibility for any losses incurred during such periods.
